Why isn't Pro monitoring updating in the background?

Free-tier tracking only refreshes while the app is open, since iOS limits background refresh time. Pro subscribers get 24/7 server-side monitoring that keeps working even when the app is closed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app > [your name] > Subscriptions > SavingRadar, and cancel there. SavingRadar cannot cancel or refund subscriptions directly — that's handled entirely by Apple.

Why don't I need to create an account?

SavingRadar was built to avoid collecting personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what little we do store.

A price looks wrong — what happened?

Prices come from third-party product data and can lag behind Amazon's live price by a few minutes. Always check the current price on Amazon before buying.
